Corbert Text

Since its debut in 2013, Corbert has become a favourite for display work, known for its clarity and character in larger sizes. But as design needs evolved, so did Corbert. Recognising the demand for a version optimised for smaller text, we introduced Corbert Text—an optical variant designed for sizes 9pt and below. Rather than simply increasing the x-height, the entire typeface was scaled and refined, enhancing legibility while preserving Corbert’s distinctive geometric charm. The addition of a semi-condensed weight also offers flexibility in space-restricted layouts, making it perfect for everything from editorial spreads to complex UI designs.

The Corbert Text family offers eight weights from Thin to ExtraBold, each with matching italics, plus a semi-condensed style for tighter spaces. It includes over 935 characters per style, supporting Western, Central, and Eastern European languages. The typeface also features a wide range of OpenType options, such as stylistic alternates, ligatures, small caps, circled numbers, case-sensitive forms, tabular and proportional figures, fractions, superscripts, and subscripts.
